We’re a family friendly Shotokan Karate Club that teaches combative self-defence skills to make you street smart and safe. Our aim is to give students confidence in their daily lives because Karate has been shown to increase concentration and mental acuity. These qualities alone, can help you get ahead in your studies or the workplace. We integrate the effectiveness of traditional Japanese karate with modern street scenarios. Real world sessions are available for students on Tuesday evenings and on line using Zoom on Saturday mornings. All levels of students are welcome to the classes from complete beginners to those who have considerable karate experience.
